Dhobi acts solely as a marketplace and facilitator for connecting customers with Laundry Partners.
Each Laundry Partner operates independently and is solely responsible for the services it provides.
2. Pickup and Delivery
The selected Laundry Partner is solely responsible for:
Dhobi does not perform, manage, supervise, or control pickup or delivery operations.
Any pickup time, delivery estimate, delays, failed pickups, missed deliveries, or service-related commitments are provided by the respective Laundry Partner and are solely their responsibility.
Customers should contact the respective Laundry Partner directly regarding pickup or delivery-related concerns.
Dhobi is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, operational issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances affecting the Laundry Partner.
3. Service Responsibility
Each Laundry Partner independently determines:

If a customer has special cleaning instructions, they should communicate them directly to the selected Laundry Partner before processing begins.

Payments are processed securely using authorized payment gateways.
Dhobi does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before pickup, subject to the cancellation policy of the selected Laundry Partner.
Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Any cancellation charges shall be determined by the Laundry Partner.
