Support contact number
Phone number shown to merchants when their store is under review or rejected, so they can call your team for help.
Platform logo
Logo shown in the top-right of the store app header. Upload a PNG or JPEG with a transparent or dark background for best results.
Photo retention
Number of days to keep uploaded photos (item photos, bag photos, payment proofs) before they are automatically deleted at 11:45 PM IST daily. Applies to every tenant.
Marketing Coins
Configure the platform-wide campaign price, minimum purchase, optional expiry, and availability. Existing wallet balances remain compatible.
Per-tenant Fast2SMS Phone Number
Each tenant can have their own Fast2SMS phone_number_id for campaign sending. If not set, the global FAST2SMS_PHONE_NUMBER_ID env var is used. Templates are auto-approved when a Message ID is set by the tenant — no manual approval needed.
Template overview
Templates with a Fast2SMS Message ID are automatically approved. Super-admins can override status below.
Cashfree Easy Split
Configure Cashfree Easy Split for order payment links. The super admin's vendor ID receives the commission; each tenant's vendor ID receives the remainder. Enter commission as a percentage (e.g. 0.1 = 0.1%).
Online payment charge %
Total percentage charged to tenants when they collect payment via QR / online payment. This is shown to tenants in their Online / QR Payment settings as an informational figure (covers gateway fees + platform commission).
